*Teach Them* 

_Key Bible Text:_
*And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,* (Matthew 5:1-2 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_
Would you turn away from an opportunity to teach when you have one? Some do not like teaching and not all are called to be teachers strictly speaking. However for every leader, you have a responsibility to teach but not everyone. You can't teach everyone. First, we see Jesus armed with the ability to teach. 

Second, we see Him refusing to teach the multitudes. What is the wisdom in this? You can preach to multitudes. However, you can't teach multitudes. Just as you can't teach everyone. Learning to not spend your energy trying to teach everyone is a wise skill that will help you preserve your energy for the people that you must teach! 

Third, Jesus taught His disciples who approached Him on the mountain. Not everyone deserves to be taught: focus on those who are hungry to be taught. This is very important. This will ensure that you give them your best and that they receive what you teach them.

*As a leader, a parent, a pastor, a minister, a boss, etc learn to teach your followers, subjects and employees.*

*DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
