*The Process & Product of Obedience*

_Key Bible Text:_
*On my own body are scars that prove I belong to Christ Jesus. So I don't want anyone to bother me anymore.* (Ephesians 6:17)

_Bible Insight:_
We keep submitting ourselves to God by humbling ourselves for His good pleasure. We don't submit ourselves to get blessed even though the rewards are always attached to our obedience. We obey our Master because of who He is.

It is an act of obedience because the order may not come at a pleasing time. At such times we must bear in mind that when we lose our lives for God's sake  we will gain it. 

The argument has always been that Christianity is a thing of the heart. While that may be true, it is important to know that light cannot be hidden no matter how little it is. It either burns or it shines that is if it not quenched.

One of the obvious signs that communicates that one is now a believer is observed in his or her behaviour. The way a person behaves will be a clear contrast from his former ways of doing things when he or she was not saved. Someone that was once considered 'Shy' or 'Timid' becomes bold and brave to share the gospel to all who cares to listen; and stubborn negative habits miraculously disappear.

MEDITATION:
*And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.* (Romans 12:2 (KJV))

*DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
