*Age Long Wisdom*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise."* (Proverbs 11:30 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_
The subject of soul winning interestingly did not begin from the New Testament. There are a number of ways soul winning began right from the old testament. The wisdom inherent in soul winner is ageless. 

Daniel 12:3 (KJV), says *"And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and THEY THAT TURN MANY TO RIGHTEOUSNESS as the stars for ever and ever."*

Encouraging others to turn from death to life, from foolishness to wisdom, from sin to righteousness is the wisest way to spend one's time. Don't be too busy focused on yourself and your plans without a show of care or concern about the welfare of others, both eternally and otherwise. 

_MEDITATION:_
*He that wins souls is wise. He that encourages others to turn to righteousness shall not lose the rewards of their selflessness*

*DAILY DEW 16TH/SEPTEMBER/2021* *THE WAY OF THE CROSS* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.* (1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ *Through Christ’s death on the cross, those who turn to Him are delivered from both the penalty and the power of sin.* (1 Peter 2:24 New American Standard Bible) What are the benefits that accrue to us from following the cross, or carrying the cross to follow Jesus? In answering this, we need to understand that it is the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross that gives the cross its power.  "1. *DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
