A PERSONAL APPEAL

*A PERSONAL APPEAL*

*“Brethren, pray for us."* (1 Thessalonians 5:25 (KJV))
_Bible Insight:_
So I caught myself feeling a bit under the weather recently and it seems to get worse this evening. I have been praying trusting God for strength and divine healing/intervention. As if that was not enough, my wife also seem to have a similar experience. The other night it was my father-in-law. The other day, it was my elder brother's family. Well, I don't usually do this but here is our personal appeal to you. 


"Brethren, pray for us, please". Whatever the Lord lays on your heart, just go ahead and pray. As I write this, I am also making a personal prayer to God for you that God will continue to keep you and make you strong in Him. May you not be lonely in the day of your need for help.

I wonder what the Apostle felt when he made that appeal to the Thessalonians. Please let's remember to pray for one another this season. As the Daily Dew Team, Revival CORPS and my family prepare for the Christmas season, even as much as you do, may we remember that it is not about your individual self but about Christ. Since Christ did not come to die for himself but others, may we remember that it is truly about what we do for Others to the glory of God, both in this season and beyond. God bless you for your prayers.

*DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
