*SIT, STAND & WALK*

_Key Bible Text:_
*Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us SIT together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:* (Ephesians 2:5-6 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_
There is a progression of growth in the Kingdom. This begins from a sitting position, to standing and then walking. The first progression, is the place where we realize that we have been given a seat with Jesus Christ in heaven. This is the reality of the new birth. Once we are born again, there is a change of sitting position from being with the devil to being with God.

Prior to our salvation, we were aliens to the Kingdom of God. We were not partakers with the purposes and plans of God. We were in fact, enemies of God. However after our salvation, we were relocated from the Kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of light, where we are now sited with Christ. 

This sitting position gives us the rare opportunity to study at the feet of Jesus. This position enables us to understudy what Christ has done for us and who we're now in Christ. This is the wonderful privilege we have in Christ. 

MEDITATION:
*If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.* (Colossians 3:1 (KJV))

*DAILY DEW 16TH/SEPTEMBER/2021* *THE WAY OF THE CROSS* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.* (1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ *Through Christ’s death on the cross, those who turn to Him are delivered from both the penalty and the power of sin.* (1 Peter 2:24 New American Standard Bible) What are the benefits that accrue to us from following the cross, or carrying the cross to follow Jesus? In answering this, we need to understand that it is the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross that gives the cross its power.  "1. *DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
