*The Times Are Challenging*

*I ask God from the wealth of his glory to give you power through his Spirit to be strong in your inner selves.*
(Ephesians 3:16 (GNB))

_Bible Insight:_
The times are challenging! And more challenging times are coming upon men. Believers, we must more and more acknowledge our need for spiritual strength. It takes strength to trust God. It takes strength to obey God. It takes strength to walk in love, to forgive, and to cover a multitude of sins. Folks, we need spiritual strength more than ever before.

If we faint in challenging times, then our strength is small. Thus, we must constantly renew our strength. It is normal for humans to become weary and tired, but we are supernatural people. We draw out strength from the secret place. We draw strength from Him who never runs out of power. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.

By waiting on the Lord we renew our strength. Waiting on God means constant fellowship with God. This is the secret of the supernatural life. We run and we are not weary, we walk and we do not faint.

In answering this, we need to understand that it is the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross that gives the cross its power.  "1. *DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
