*WAITING FOR A HUSBAND*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life."* (John 6:63)

_Bible Insight:_
She couldn't really focus. She's flooded with different voices from outside and inside: "What if the right man never comes"; "Broken relationship is better then broken marriage"; "Must a Christian marry a born again"; "Life is not about marriage"; "What if my younger sister gets married first"; "What if I'm not fine enough"; "What if I'm too strict"; "What if no one comes until I'm 35"; "Life is about impart, not marriage"; "Maybe I need to lower standard", etc.

As I tried to seek for knowledge in this issue of waiting for a husband, I tried to read articles, blogs, etc, I couldn't find something I could share. While searching and meditating, something I could never thought of sticked to my mind: "The Holy Spirit". What concerns the Holy spirit to finding a spouse? Everything!

You know most times we've been taught about what is spiritual and what is not. Most times, they say marriage is not about spirituality. When you walk with God, you'll realise that everything about you is part of the walk. So I ask you: "How's your relationship with the Holy Spirit?" How's your relationship with the best partner you could ever have? How?

Most times, we try to solve a problem in an atomistic way and it always fails because life is wholistic in nature. How's your relationship with the Holy Ghost? Are you walking on your own or walking in His leading? Are you in his path or your own Path? Don't see problems in singular way; solve your problem of sensitivity to the Holy Ghost and you won't have any more problem to worry about.

If you have developed your spirit to align with the spirit of the word, you need not worry about how things will turn out. Maintain that alignment and don't have to worry about anything, not even spouse. You'll always know what to do, where to go and who to attach yourself to. The flesh will always fail, but the spirit never fails. Human philosophies will always fail, the mind of Christ can never mislead you.

MEDITATION: 
*Get busy following instructions of the spirit. Keep training your spirit and mind to align. Refuse to be conformed to this world. Don't worry about what will become of you, don't worry about marriage. RELAX. Do all the Spirit and the Word wants you to do, you'll be fine.*

*DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
