*YOU MUST FORGIVE* 

_Key Bible Text:_
*“Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”* (‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3:13‬ ‭(NLT‬‬))
_Bible Insight:_
Dear Christian,
I write to you with sincere understanding, I am with you upon this earth so I can relate. Forgiveness is quite difficult especially if:
1. The offender doesn’t acknowledge his mistake;
2. The offender has no intention of asking for forgiveness;
3. The offender is younger than you;
4. You are proud;
5. The offender is proud; and
6. The offense is a repetitive one.    

However, forgiveness is a command, we do it whether it’s convenient or not, whether the offender is sorry or not, whether he is a first time offender or he is a notorious offender in that respect.
Create a system where by you have allowances; keep some more space after the boundary so that when a person crosses the line, he will still be safe and easily forgiven. 

Avoid being too edgy, easily disappointed, easily annoyed, easily offended; it’s not our life. 
We are to pursue peace with all men and as a result, we must forgive. It’s hard but let go of the hurt. Don’t brood over it. Take some action steps in that person’s favor. This will cause your heart to believe that such a person is forgiven. If you are in charge of food in an event where that person is, serve him first and not last. Forgiveness is action based, after the decision to forgive, invest a good act into that person’s life, pray for the person. 

Jesus asked God to forgive us for we are ignorant of what we are doing, he didn’t stop there, he declared the blessings upon us ‘it is finished’ , he continued and died on the cross, he went down to hades and collected the keys, on the third day, He arose for us. This is true forgiveness.

*FORGIVENESS IS NOT LIP SERVICE, IT IS ACTION AND PRAYER TOO.*

*DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us.
