*THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT*

_Key Bible Text:_
*But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.* (Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV)) 

_Bible Insight:_
It is impossible for a Christian to be filled with the Holy Spirit and not evidence this filling in some manner. In fact, one of our fundamental presuppositions is this: *"When a natural human being is filled with the supernatural power of God's Holy Spirit, he will be different!"*

A Spirit-controlled individual's temperament will not change but will be modified or improved, for his weaknesses will be overcome by the Holy Spirit's power. After carefully studying the 40 most common weaknesses of human beings (ten for each temperament), we are thoroughly convinced that the Holy Spirit provides a strength for every human weakness.

Examine the above nine "fruit" or strengths of the Spirit, and you will find one sufficient to overcome every single weakness in your life. Nothing is more practical on a day-to-day basis than the control of our lives by God's Holy Spirit.

*The Holy Ghost doesn't only make you dance and speak in tongues, He also makes you apologize, shut up and examine yourself*

*DAILY DEW 16TH/SEPTEMBER/2021* *THE WAY OF THE CROSS* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.* (1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ *Through Christ’s death on the cross, those who turn to Him are delivered from both the penalty and the power of sin.* (1 Peter 2:24 New American Standard Bible) What are the benefits that accrue to us from following the cross, or carrying the cross to follow Jesus? In answering this, we need to understand that it is the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross that gives the cross its power.  "1. *DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
