*NEW CREATION REALITIES* 

*Key Bible Text:_*
*If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?* (Matthew 7:11)

*_Bible Insight:_*
The word "evil" means the opposite of good. The audience Jesus referred to as being EVIL had no particular wrong they committed other than the fact that they were from the root of the fallen man.

This is very much true because later at the scene of the woman caught in the act of adultery, Jesus asked 'that any without sin should cast the first stone" and by nature none of them could stand justified as sinless.

Jesus' mission is to dispel the evil in the heart of men and translate them out of darkness into light. 
Luke 1:79, "To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace." & Ephesians 5:8, "For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light." Therefore the believer have been saved to walk on the path that shines with light through the leading of God's spirit.

*Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.* (2 Corinthians 5:17)

*DAILY DEW 16TH/SEPTEMBER/2021* *THE WAY OF THE CROSS* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.* (1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ *Through Christ’s death on the cross, those who turn to Him are delivered from both the penalty and the power of sin.* (1 Peter 2:24 New American Standard Bible) What are the benefits that accrue to us from following the cross, or carrying the cross to follow Jesus? In answering this, we need to understand that it is the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross that gives the cross its power.  "1. *DAILY DEW 24TH/DECEMBER/2021* *TRUSTING AGAINST ALL ODDS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him."* (Job 13:15 (KJV))  _Bible Insight:_ It's an uphill task trying to understand God's plan, especially when we can't make logical sense of what we see happening to and around us. But we aren't instructed to understand His plans, but to TRUST HIM and be secure in the knowledge that He's working everything to ultimately turn out for our good.  God won't mismanage your life. Trust Him with it and be willing and quick to obey His instructions even when they don't fit into your parameter of what's logical.
