*A DIFFERENCE LIKE A WIDE OCEAN* (II)

_Bible Insight:_

The Holy Ghost.

Even they with whom you roll, will quickly realise that something is off about you. You are there, and may look like them, but still you cannot hide. Jesus cannot really be hidden. For no one lights a candle and puts it under a bushel. And that is salvation, the eternal lighting of your inner lamp. Christ in you is an illuminated destiny, a lighthouse of the most high and the heavenly, a beacon in the darkness which cannot be obscured, and so therefore, neither can you. Your essence has been forever changed.

You are now a stranger in this world.

If this is not your experience; if you feel at home where you once belonged before you met Jesus, so that church things are an addition, just a new activity so that you rock the club on Friday night and rock the service on Sunday morning. Then your rocking of this age is simply evidence that you are not standing on the Rock of Ages

*That will be a plastic cross dripping with zobo. And a 'tokunbo' salvation. Yes.*

While we must remember or even celebrate this blessed season, we must never forget the spirit behind God's move and decision in sending His son Jesus. The answer to the why of Jesus' coming to earth is simply, LOVE. John 3:16 may have been abused but it cannot be overused or overemphasized. Jesus is God's decision born out of love. *DAILY DEW 19TH/JULY/2021* *What's Your Focus?*  _Key Bible Text:_ *For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. As one who reckons, he says to you, eat and drink, yet his heart is not with you [but is grudging the cost].* (Proverbs 23:7 (AMP))  _Bible Insight:_ I’ve learnt one thing in life so far: what you focus on somehow expands. Focus on your business, invest your thoughts and imaginations on how to grow it, talk about it with your spouse and friends; and gradually but surely, it will expand.  On the other hand, spend your time on every gist in town and watch the uselessness of your life expand. You will know more gists and gossips and, by the law of attraction, you will attract people like you and your life will nosedive or at best stagnate.  The human mind is powerful to the extent that we focus and whether the focus is to the left or the right, your mind does not care.
