*HEART WRECKING*

*“He was in the world,the world was made by him yet the world acknowledged him not"* (‭‭John 1:10)

_Bible Insight:_
When you read with understanding the book of John, you'd pause and wonder the kind of heart Jesus had. He was in the midst of his people yet none of them believed in him.
He was God yet he was constantly rebuked for regarding himself the son of God.

He was the greatest of all yet none acknowledge him. If Jesus as mighty as he was didn't care about human validation but focused on his mission and served diligently, then we should have that same mind that was in Christ Jesus.

Alot of believers are engulfed with a sense of entitlement even in the local church. Some believe that they're most suitable for certain positions while others believe that they must be treated in a very peculiar manner. This also Manifest in work places, schools etc.

Bible says in all you do, do it as unto the Lord. If you develop envy and jealousy and wouldn't yield to certain authorities because you don't feel at home with those in authority then your focus isn't on God but on validation..

I call you blessed.

*DAILY DEW 2ND/DECEMBER/2021* *As Jesus or As yourself?* _Key Bible Text:_ * A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.* (John 13:34 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ One of the most outstanding things about the Christmas season is the birth of Christ. While we must remember or even celebrate this blessed season, we must never forget the spirit behind God's move and decision in sending His son Jesus. The answer to the why of Jesus' coming to earth is simply, LOVE. John 3:16 may have been abused but it cannot be overused or overemphasized. Jesus is God's decision born out of love. "For God so loved", he couldn't help but "gave His only begotten son". And even that had a reason, "that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life". *DAILY DEW 19TH/JULY/2021* *What's Your Focus?*  _Key Bible Text:_ *For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. As one who reckons, he says to you, eat and drink, yet his heart is not with you [but is grudging the cost].* (Proverbs 23:7 (AMP))  _Bible Insight:_ I’ve learnt one thing in life so far: what you focus on somehow expands. Focus on your business, invest your thoughts and imaginations on how to grow it, talk about it with your spouse and friends; and gradually but surely, it will expand.  On the other hand, spend your time on every gist in town and watch the uselessness of your life expand. You will know more gists and gossips and, by the law of attraction, you will attract people like you and your life will nosedive or at best stagnate.  The human mind is powerful to the extent that we focus and whether the focus is to the left or the right, your mind does not care.
